unfortunately returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to sanitary issues. however, in the case that an item is faulty, they may be sent back for repairs regardless of purchase date. buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

processing time is 3-4 business days for 1:1 necklaces to be dispatched. 

please allow up to 3 weeks for made to order items to be dispatched. 

due to covid-19 and holidays, shipping times may be delayed. please contact me if you would like an order by a specific time. 

international 

shipped through USPS, first class or priority. 

dispatch time is 3-4 business days. please allow for 1-3 weeks for orders to arrive.
